DOMESTIC EXCHANGE POLICY (US)
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. You have 14 days from the date of the purchase to request a refund. Must ship back your items within 7 days from your request. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Once your return is received, it will be heavily inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Reasons for NOT approving your return request may be due to:- Product issues- excessive wrinkling, velcro marks, holes, or damage to the item
- Detached tags or retagged in different locations or different techniques
- Animal/human hair
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage (make-up, stains, deodorant etc.)
- Promotional and/or free items were not returned with purchase
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached (in the original location) and be sent back in the same packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip that comes inside your package). If you're return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48-72 hours.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time, we are not able to accept International exchanges. Returns are accepted but shipping cost back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose FIRST CLASS or GROUND SHIPPING for your International packages, please note Levavi is NOT responsible if it's lost, delayed or stolen. We highly recommend choosing a more secure shipping option on our website.
If your package is delayed in another location, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive it before contacting our Levavi Support Team.
HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get your exchange or refund started.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
MARKDOWN OR SALES ITEMS
Items that have been marked down from their original price are non-returnable & non-refundable.
There are no credits or refunds issued if you purchased a regular priced item and it goes on SALE.
If the product is defective or damaged we will be happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label for you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with photos and proof of the damage or defect. Once we've received the damaged, garments will be subject to inspection and we will send out the replacement item the same day.

We apologize for the inconvenience, send us an email at email@example.com so we can send you a prepaid return label and get your correct items out ASAP.
Please note: if the items are worn and/or washed despite the item being incorrect, we cannot offer an exchange for the incorrect shipped product.
*Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
